When things are not going your way, how can you be happy with yourself and others? 🤔 Learn meditations to create powerful and positive change in your life through letting go of blame and anger. 😡
The teachings on the practice of patient acceptance enable us to dissolve away the intensity of our anger. Learn why anger and non-acceptance 🌪️ only cause problems in our life and how to develop an intention to let go of these painful experiences.
Patient acceptance is not about gritting our teeth and putting up with things. 😤 Instead, it means learning to wholeheartedly welcome whatever arises in our life. Instead of constantly getting upset about inconveniences and running away from difficulties we can learn to accept and then to respond confidently and strongly to whatever challenges we encounter.
This workshop will include guided meditations, and is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
☕️ Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
