About this Event
Please come along to our next network meeting on Thursday September 25th, 9.30am to 1pm (coffee and registration from 9am). To be held at the Blackpool Central Library, Queen St, Blackpool FY1 1PX. This venue is wheelchair accessible.
At this meeting, we want to explore how people from across sectors (health/social care/voluntary sector/arts) can come together to support individuals facing our three focus areas:
(i) end of life care and bereavement
(ii) substance mis-use and recovery
(iii) young people’s mental health
We will share a summary of findings from our last forum in March and hold a range of discussion activities. Join in the discussion, find out about resources in the community you didn’t know about, meet providers from different sectors and make new connections!
More information will follow shortly!
Places are limited, please register on this page.
