Blackboard Ultra Essentials: Step-by-Step Practical Workshop

This session is for anyone who feels less confident using Blackboard or other technologies, and contains all the basic information you will need to access and add content to your Ultra module.

This slower-paced practical session will enable staff who are less confident in their ICT skills to navigate, add content to, and communicate with students from their Blackboard Ultra module. The concepts and approaches will enable attendees to meet most of the Blackboard Universal Standards.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Use your own device to access modules in Ultra
• Produce a Blackboard Document containing text, images, and attached files
• Apply your learning in either a closed Sandbox module, or your Ultra module
