About this Event
Tired of making and breaking New Year’s resolutions? Join us at an empowering workshop to step into the new year with clarity, intention, and purpose.
Learn how to set goals, track progress, and overcome obstacles with Human Resources Expert Susan Jackson.
Bring your vision to life and design a personalized prayer or wish board with Heather Hopson, founder of Black Women Recharge, Motor Mouth Multimedia, and Single Mom Defined, and Dr. Rikell Ford, experienced social worker, coach and caseworker supervisor at Allegheny County Department of Human Services.
And then stamp a metal bracelet with a word that helps you stay motivated throughout the year. (Fun Fact: Kanye West wore the same bracelet for his time magazine cover shoot, and My Intent jewelry continued to trend amongst celebrities and everyday people.)
Light refreshments will be served.
This event is heavily discounted for BWR members and free to SMD members, thanks to the generosity of the Allegheny County Department of Human Services.
