It's a Party on the Bike!- It's a party on the bike! Come and take the ride of your life. This cycling class is for everyone, from a first-time rider to a seasoned cyclist. This class has a great mix of fat-burning and strength training, all while partying on the bike to a playlist curated with old-school jams and new-school beats. This is a low-impact cardio-pumping class. Let’s ride to the rhythm and party on the bike.- Arricka Griffin, The Thinner Side
