It's almost SPRING, and we are excited to announce our lineup for April! Through the BWGF experience, it is our hope that you leave more informed and inspired to continue your health & wellness journey!
8:00 a.m. - Doors Open/Check-in/Welcome
8:30 a.m. - An Inspirational Moment w/Cathy Thomas
8:50 a.m. - Morning Hype and Workshop Leader Introductions
9:00 -Workshops begin - Each workshop is about 40 min in length, Workshops are designed to be Demonstration/General Information sessions . These sessions should provide you with new knowledge, skills, experiences to live a healthier life!
Think pub crawl - You will move to a different experience at the top of each hour. Only have time for one workshop, that is fine with us. Sign up for one, two or all three based on your schedule.

Self-care 101: Back to Basics -Self-care 101 is about getting back to the basics of what it means to take better care of your mental health. It will provide attendees the knowledge and skills necessary to develop a consistent self-care routine. These tools will address stress management, emotional regulation and setting boundaries.
