Welcome to the team and Thank you for choosing to participate in our event. Please make sure you read the entire document as you will be responsible for following all guidelines. G E N E R A L T E R M S. To reserve your space, a security deposit is required. The deposit is equal to half the full vendor admission amount. Standard booths include an 8×10 space with one 6×4 table, and one chair flyer and radio promotion $150. V.I.P. booths include an 8×10 space with one 6×4 table, and one chair, first access to customers, and flyer meet and greet with special guest are $250. An invoice will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of submitting this Contract. In the event of a cancellation your security deposit will be forfeited. A powerpoint will be playing in repetition on the lobby screen showcasing all logos of participating businesses. Additional equipment shall be for rent upon request if available ( 1chair, displays, racks, ect). If needed a dressing room is provided as well as an employee lounge accessible to all Black Wall Street vendors. This is a themed event. Meaning all participants must dress according to the Black Wall Street theme. There is no uniformed dress code, however the theme Must be followed as closely as possible. Proper attire ranges from business to formal wear. Jeans and T-shirt will not be permitted. The state of Illinois have been putting strong restrictions on cash transactions in our local businesses and private venues. Therefore all vendors will be required to have a chip/card reader or similar device to accept card and digital payment. THERE WILL BE NO CASH TRANSACTIONS AT THIS EVENT.

There will be strong time management for the structure and ease of the day. To ensure a successful event, all vendors and event personnel are expected to follow the event itinerary.

8pm - 9:45 vendors break down

MUST BE OUT BY 10PM!
