Join us for Love Tones, a special edition of our open-mic night!
We want to hear Love poems, songs, and stories. Whether it's a poem dedicated to someone special, or a poem on self-love we want to hear all of your Love focused work at our upcoming mic!
We'll also be hosting a short mixer before the open-mic goes live. So bring a friend or make one there!
Who are we?
We're a poetry focused open-mic welcoming all forms of storytelling including musical and comedic acts. You can sign up to perform by filling up our sign-up sheet here or by sending us a DM on our Instagram @blacktones.ie
What to expect on the night?
Doors open at 6:30pm and the mixer starts at 7:00pm sharp!
- For the mixer we'll have a few ice-breakers followed by some games
The open mic will start by 8:00pm, you can expect the first act up no later that 8:15pm. Please arrive on time to avoid interrupting performers!
There will be intervals during the night where you can socialise, grab a drink or just enjoy some music.
18+ ID required
We hope to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Black Tones is all about community, we want to hear about what you want to see too!
