About the Hub
We’re here to take the stress out of finding, choosing and receiving support.
When you’re worried about your mental wellbeing, it can be hard to know where to start. Sometimes it can feel like there are too many options to choose from, at others, like there aren’t enough. It can be difficult to know exactly what kind of support you might need, where to find it, and how to go about accessing it.
We provide information and support to anyone in Southwark who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We are run by the charity Together for Mental Wellbeing. The Hub’s services are free and open to anyone who lives in Southwark or is registered with a Southwark GP.
We work in partnership with Southwark Council’s Adult Social Care Mental Health Team. We provide an easy point of access for any person who has care and support needs because of their mental health and any person who cares for someone with mental health needs.
