The City of Santa and Black Santa Monica Tours and Concierge invite you on a tour of Black Santa Monica on Sunday, June 30, 2024. The public tour begins at Virginia Avenue Park and will take you on a journey of the experiences and history of the Black community in our beautiful beach city. RSVP is required. Space is limited to 24 seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive at the park 15 minutes before the 10 a.m. start time.
The tour will be offered to the public several times a year and is part of the City of Santa Monica's ongoing efforts to engage in learning, conversations and actions that align with the city council's priority of racial justice, equity and social diversity. Up to 24 people will join each tour. The tours are brought to you by the City of Santa Monica in partnership with Santa Monica resident and entrepreneur Robbie Jones, the owner of Black Santa Monica Tours and Concierge.

About Black Santa Monica Tours and Concierge
Robbie Jones, born and raised in Santa Monica, is owner of Black Santa Monica Tours and Concierge. Robbie has been giving tours of Greater Los Angeles since 2004 after friends and family started asking her to share her enthusiasm and expertise for local Black history.
