📢 Vendors Wanted: Showcase Your Brand at Life in Color: HAIRSTORY!
This is your chance to connect with a passionate audience and showcase your brand! We’re inviting exceptional vendors to partner with us for Life in Color: HAIRSTORY—an immersive celebration of Black hair and culture that will take place on February 2, 2025. Reserve your spot now, as spaces are limited!
Vendor Details:
• Indoor Event
• Options: $125 (we provide a 6ft table + 2 chairs) OR $100 (bring your own setup)
• Industry Exclusivity: Only one vendor per industry to ensure unique offerings for our audience
• Staff: Two (2) people per vendor table, including you and one guest
Event Highlights:
• Runway Show Admission: Each vendor receives two (2) tickets to the fashion show, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the show and engage with our audience.
• Setup & Networking: Vendors will have a 1-hour setup window with time to connect with fellow vendors before the event opens.
• Social Media Promotion: Gain exposure with shoutouts across our social media channels!
Event Schedule:
• Fashion Show: 4-6PM
• Setup Time: 2-2-45PM

More than a runway show, HAIRSTORY is a movement. This immersive production celebrates the beauty, resilience, and cultural significance of Black hair through fashion, choreography, and storytelling. Created by Chasity Aniece, it honors Black excellence and culture, amplifying stories of self-love and expression.
