This training is works specifically with the state-of-the-art Johnny G Spirit bikes and get the most out of the workout for your students as we cover bike fit, biomechanics, drills, computer usage, music and more.
We hire the best coaches directly out of this program and are expanding the Arena's offerings for more class times.
