About this Event
Black Men’s Healing Circle: Exploring Who You Are Beyond What You Do
A donation-based wellness experience for Black Men to heal, connect, and thrive.
A safe, sacred, and intentional space where Black Men gather to be seen, heard, and held without judgment.
The focus is on collective healing, deep listening, emotional release, and inner transformation.
Who are you — not what do you do?
So often, Black men are celebrated for their strength, leadership, and success, yet beneath those roles lies a deeper truth: the man who exists when the titles, expectations, and responsibilities fall away.
The Man Beneath the Roles is a sacred space to return home to yourself.
Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and open dialogue, we’ll explore identity beyond doing; allowing you to reconnect with the self that simply is.
This isn’t about achievement. It’s about authenticity.
This is where you release the need to perform and remember who you truly are.
In this circle, you will:
- Reflect on who you are beyond the titles and expectations of others
- Reconnect with your essence — the man within the man
- Release the pressure to perform and practice stillness in being
- Experience community, grounding, and collective healing
You don’t have to carry it all alone.
This is a safe, sacred, and intentional space for Black men to breathe, reflect, laugh, and heal together.
This experience includes:
- Guided meditation & breathwork
- Reflective journaling prompts
- Deep listening & sharing circle
- Affirmations & closing ritual
- A culturally affirming space of community and support
