About this Event
Black Men’s Healing Circle: Honoring Yourself as a Black Man
This Black Men’s Healing Circle is a sacred, intentional space for Black men to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
This month’s theme—Honoring Yourself as a Black Man—invites a deeper conversation about self-respect, worth, boundaries, rest, and emotional honesty. In a world that often asks Black men to be strong at all costs, this space offers permission to slow down and tend to the man within.
Together, we will explore:
- What it means to honor yourself without guilt
- Self-respect vs. self-sacrifice
- Setting boundaries that protect your peace
- Reconnecting with your voice, needs, and worth
- Being in community without judgment or performance
This is not therapy.
This is not fixing.
This is community, reflection, and intentional conversation.
You do not need to have the right words—just a willingness to show up as you are.
