IT'S TIME! NEW VENUE, EXPANDED MISSION, FABULOUS VIBE!Celebrate Black Love and Excellence with Marriage MasterMYnds at the annual Black Love Matters Brunch on Sunday, February 22, 2026!
This event brings us together during Black History Month to honor couples who contribute positively to the Black community and society overall through their values of love, family, faith, and service. This celebration of our culture and its past, present, and future boasts a fabulous full buffet brunch at the newly expanded Ameristar Conference Center in St. Charles with complimentary mimosas during a networking reception which kicks off at 12 PM.
The formal program begins at 1 PM with live entertainment by the Phillip Graves Quartet and Adrianne Felton-King, words of wisdom on relationships and marriage with the incomparable Carol Daniel, and more! We are excited to present a new cohort of couples to the community this year as our Legacy of Love Honorees.
While we are celebrating Black married couples at this event, all are welcome to share in this joyous occasion, regardless of relationship status. We are inclusive of l who are ready to bask in the experience of Black Love and Joy. We have singles and those who are not married who join us each year for this grown and fabulous vibe in honor of Black Excellence in the spirit of love.
Marriage MasterMYnds was founded in 2016 by Lathon and Chalana Ferguson with the mission of strengthening families and communities, one couple at a time.
