Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a Black Light Yoga workout at our Midtown Reno studio during our end-of-BRIK weekend! You can bring a yoga mat if you prefer, but extras are available at the studio. Dress in whatever you think will GLOW!

RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
