Black Light Glow Flow

Join us for a vibrant Black Light Glow Flow with Lara Ramey on Tuesday, January 28th, from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at MVP Highland.
This special All Levels Flow class will take place under black lights, creating a fun and immersive glow-in-the-dark yoga experience. Wear your favorite neon or white clothing to light up the room as you flow through a dynamic and playful sequence.
