Join Living Lesbian Archive at Charis Books and More for a Black Lesbian Zine & Scrapbooking Meetup! Whether you're into collaging, writing, or drawing, there's something for everyone. All experience levels are welcome, from casual crafters to zealous ziner-s! Folks from Living Lesbian Archive will bring a variety of craft supplies! This space is exclusively for Black lesbians.
Living Lesbian Archive (LLA) is a monthly zine collective focused on community building. Each month they have a theme and invite people to come collage, write, draw at their events. LLA is invested in documenting the lives of Black lesbians in NYC and ATL. Learn more about them on Instagram at @livinglesbianarchive
The event is free and open to all people, but we encourage and appreciate a donation of $5-20 in support of the work of Charis Circle, our programming non-profit. Donate via our website: www.chariscircle.org/donate or in person the day of the event.
