About this Event
You’re invited to attend the BLACK IS BRILLIANT Summit Pop-Up!
Get ready to celebrate Black brilliance at BE NOLA's BLACK IS BRILLIANT Summit Pop-Up! This is a space for Black educators, visionaries, and community members to come together and dream a future that is uniquely for us, by us. Created with love and purpose in 2020 by BE NOLA’s Chief of Community Programs & Partnerships, Stevona Elem-Rogers, the BLACK IS BRILLIANT Summit is designed to uplift the backbone of our communities— Black educators.
Join us on Thursday, July 4th, from 2pm - 6pm at The Eliza Jane Hotel. This is your chance to get warmed up for Essence Fest, connect with a national network of educators, celebrate "Black Education as a Lifestyle," and get hyped for our first-ever national BLACK IS BRILLIANT Summit in 2025!
