· How many people can be on my team?
Your team can be between 1-6 players. All additional players will invoke a scoring penalty.
· Does everyone on my team need to buy a team registration?
Nope! Your team registration covers you and anyone on your team.
· How much are team registrations?
Team registrations for this event are donation based. All proceeds go to St. Hope
· Will I be able to join the game day-of?
Maybe! The event is limited to 20 teams, so if all team registrations have been purchased, you will not be able to join.
· How long is the game?
The game will last approximately two (2) hours, but please allow up to 30 minutes of wiggle room at the end (6-8:30) to allow for any questions and complications that may arise from a large number of participants.
· What kind of questions should I expect?
This game is a Black History themed quiz and will consist of questions throughout black history, including modern history.
· What is the SomeMooreQuestions quiz format?
There are six (6) main rounds that will have five (5) questions a piece. At the end of the 6th round, there will be a final question, where you will be able to wager points earned throughout the game based on the final category (similar to Final Jeopardy). Additionally, the quiz is themed after a song. You will have the opportunity to guess the Song Theme of the quiz by paying attention to the round titles. The round titles are lyrics taken from the song theme. The earlier you guess it, the more points you can earn. If you’re wrong at any point, it’s worth zero (0) points.
