1PM - Lyrical Joy - Opening and Black History Month message by Mayor Eddie Flores. Hosted by , MC, spoken word artist, teacher, and author of . Musical selections by , singer, song writer and composer, with spoken word by Briana Grogan.
2 PM - Play Joy - All ages are invited to a screening of the short film, Hair Love (2019), followed by double-dutch, hopscotch, clothespin people craft, and a food tasting from SSF's own Flavas Jamaican Grill.
