Hosted by the Long Beach Realtist Association and sponsored by the Port of Long Beach, this Black History Month Homeownership & Wealth-Building Breakfast is designed for individuals and families who are serious about building wealth through homeownership and creating a lasting legacy.
This educational and empowering morning will explore the state of housing in the Black community, the importance of ownership, and the resources available to help close the wealth gap. Attendees will hear from real Black homeowners who will share how homeownership has impacted their lives, as well as professionals who will provide guidance on navigating the buying process and protecting generational assets.
