About this Event
The Black History Group is a safe, engaging, and culturally affirming space for children ages 8–12 to explore Black history, culture, and identity. Through art-based activities, storytelling, and group discussions, participants will:
- Learn about Black history and heritage
- Build self-confidence and pride in their identity
- Connect with other children in a supportive community
- Express themselves creatively and thoughtfully

Program Details:
- Dates: Sundays, Feb 1, Feb 15, and March 1, 2026
- Where: In-person, 1030 Upper James St, Unit 207, Hamilton, ON Canada
- Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Snacks: Provided
- Investment: $60 per child
This program provides a meaningful space for children to celebrate their roots, build confidence, and form connections with peers in a safe, supportive environment.
