To celebrate Black History Month, join us for a special event at Bolton Central Library. Our theme for this year’s event is fashion and textiles. There will be storytelling, craft activities, displays and stalls.
Mandy Jelenje, Tili Tonse Community Arts, Precious Gems and the Bolton Black History Group will be joining us on the day.
