Jamie’s Farm charity holds a belief in the innate potential and good in every young person, no matter their background or life experiences. As part of Black Hill Arts Events, they’d like to give you a taster of the work that they do. Young people (under 25s) are invited to have a go at green woodworking supported by the farm’s specialist, Roger Ings.Limited places for these FREE visits, demos and have-a-go sessions. Book a time slot for FREE on the ticketing website.
Roger will be working in the log shed where young people visiting the farm can usually be found hand carving locally felled wood to create spatulas, coat hooks or building benches. During this event, participants can have a go at carving a spatula with support from Roger.
Families and supporters are warmly welcomed – light refreshments served – please book for EACH person so we can plan each session.
