• What is being done to protect attendees from the spread of COVID-19?
• ALL attendees are required to wear mask the entire weekend. Mask will be available onsite as needed.
• All attendees are required to test negative for COVID-19 48 hours prior to the event. The test being administered in your area are ok to provide.
• Even vaccinated attendees must test since due to recent reports some vaccinated persons have been known to be carriers for COVID-19
• We are taking all safety measures including social distance seating, hand sanitizer, clean stations, and more to make sure you’re safe!

How do I register?

How long do I have to register?

Register for this retreat from this page in order to attend. Registration closes August 1.

What is included in the cost of attendance?

All your wine for the weekend, all meals, and all activities. There is no out of pocket once you arrive other than your personal travel arrangements. Hotel + Travel to the retreat is not included.

Is this a women only retreat?

YES! Men are not allowed to attend this weekend of events under any circumstances.

If I want to take a break and NOT participate in an activity am I permitted to do so?

YES! It’s your world girlfriend but please note that this weekend is designed especially for you and all inclusive so we strongly suggest participation in all activities as there will be no refunds should you decide to skip a portion of the weekend experience.

What is the attire?

Be comfortable. Be YOU. We like to attend our wine gatherings with some style though wink wink ?. The only experience that requires a little dressier attire is the Queen’s Dinner on Friday Night.

Will the founder/host of #WineDownLIVE be there?

YES! Shayla will be with us throughout the weekend! She will be working alongside our event manager to welcome you, guest, and to make sure everything is flawless.

Will I receive gifts?

Ok you got us! As a thank you for attending you’ll receive an entire gift bag/box FULL of goodies and gifts throughout the weekend! We will try to make this as travel friendly as possible for all the ladies who are traveling into Richmond (we got you girl!)

What if I register and want to cancel?

Due to the deposits being paid to hold slots for all attendees, classes, food, and experiences this is a NON-REFUNDABLE experience. Please do not register if you are not available to attend.
