Shake off your stuffing and #OptOutside (Go outdoors on Black Friday instead of shopping)! Flow with us on Hollywood Beach. We may also add in a little PLANKSgiving strength for ya too.
Meet us on the sand across from the restroom pavillion at Hollywood North Beach 744 Simms St, Hollywood, FL 33019 (Keating Beach).
All ages, all levels welcome for an active vinyasa flow.Pack a cooler and hang with us after!
Please bring your own beach towel and/or yoga mat & reusable water bottle. We'll have a few extra blocks and mats on hand on a first come basis. Sunblock, sunnies, hat, etc. always recommended!
