About this Event
Join us for the Black-Eyed Susan and Friends Book Reading!
📚 Come to George C. McGough Nature Park on February 14, 2026 at 11:30 AM (Eastern Time) for a fun and interactive book reading event.
Meet “Black-eyed Susan!” She’s a pretty little flower who likes to talk with children and help them know about insects that visit her and other flowers. She tells the children about pollination and helps them learn which insects are critical to pollination. The book is fun, interactive, and educational. School-age children of all ages will enjoy this book, and preschoolers will love playing “I Spy” as they go through the book and walk outside.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and literature at the same time!
