What to expect ✨
In a much requested follow-up to our successful event in November, Omek is hosting an in-person Black Employee Networking Night. This is your opportunity to connect with others active in Black ERGs across different sectors, exchange ideas and learn best practices for building an inclusive workplace.
The event is open to all Black employees, sponsors, and allies. Take the opportunity to develop your vision in a supportive environment, break bread and leave with your cup filled after a fun and productive evening. This event is projected to sell out in advance, so please make sure that you book your tickets ASAP!

The event is hosted in the beautiful Felix Meritis in Amsterdam.

- 5:30pm: Chapter 1 – Introductions
- 6:30pm: Chapter 2 – ERG Leadership Panel
- 7:15pm: Chapter 3 – Roundtables
- 8:00pm: Chapter 4 – Conclusions & Networking
- 9:00pm: Wrap up
During the course of the evening, we will have delicious food served (including vegetarian and vegan options) in a casual environment allowing you to mix and mingle with everyone else in the room. A menu and attendee list are provided in advance to help you better prepare.

About our recent ERG event ?
In November, we hosted an engaging online conversation with ERG leaders to talk honestly about experiences, learnings, and paths for strengthening the Black employee experience. We had over 10 brands in attendance including Foot Locker, Nike, Amazon, PVH, McKinsey and ING. The conversation gave space for new connections and highlighted a shared Black ERG network is a powerful way to build inclusion and change.
