This walk holds some of the most beautiful views in England
Tarn Hows is set in the heart of the Lake District, it was once owned by Beatrix Potter and donated to the National Trust, which now runs and manages the area. The Tarn is filled with history and is a site of special scientific interest (SSSI).
This walk is gentle and gives you plenty of picture opportunities. It takes approximately 3 hours to walk 7.1 km around Tarn Howes and to the top of Black Fell.
