Few contemporary bands reinvent themselves as boldly or successfully as Black Country, New Road. Since emerging from London’s Windmill scene, the band have built a reputation for fearless musical evolution, earning a Mercury Prize nomination for their debut For the First Time and releasing the critically acclaimed, chart-topping Ants From Up There.
Following the departure of vocalist Isaac Wood in 2022, the band returned with a completely new body of work, captured on Live at Bush Hall — hailed by The Guardian as a “magical resurgence.” That spirit of reinvention continues with their third studio album, Forever Howlong, produced by James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Fontaines D.C., Fontaines D.C., Blur).
