Our much loved Black Country Duck Race event will return to the Tenth Lock on Sunday 29th May. This is exactly what you think. The Black Country Duck Race is a HUGE rubber duck race down the canal, finishing at the Tenth Lock Pub!
The rules are simple, we will have HUNDREDS of numbered, rubber ducks, which are just £3 each if you’d like to be in the race. We will chuck them into the canal and scream ourselves hoarse as they compete in the greatest race this area has ever known! First one to the finish line wins £100.
All money raised is kindly being donated to the Hospice, to help support our families.
We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Canalside Tackle for sponsoring this event.
Ducks are available to buy from either The Mary Stevens Hospice website, The Tenth Lock or Canalside Tackle, and any that are left will be available to sell on the day!
