Come out and Shop Black, Buy Black at our in-person event located at 3455 Martin Luther King Dr. Discover unique products, delicious food, and amazing services all provided by talented Black entrepreneurs. Let's celebrate and uplift Black businesses together! See you there!
FREE OF COST: We invite Black Owned Businesses to set up at Our Black Business Market on August 31, 2024, at no cost. You must register for the event and you must bring your table, chair(s), and covering(for outdoor). Indoor and outdoor space is available. Set up time is from 10:30am to 11:30 am. The market begins at 12 pm.
In August, communities across the nation join together in commemoration of National Black Business Month, a chance to recognize the diverse slate of Black-owned businesses and our need to support them at the local, regional & national levels.
According to U.S. Census Bureau data, there are 3.6 million Black-owned businesses in the United States, generating $217 billion in annual revenue and supporting more than 3.56 million U.S. jobs. The financial impact of Black- or African American-owned businesses in the United States is multifaceted and dynamic and translates into real economic impact and creates jobs for workers of all backgrounds.
