Black Business Expo-Vendors Wanted

Information for Vendors:

• 8:00am arrival time to set up
• Vendor area must be set up by 9:00am
• Includes table and chairs
• EARLY BIRD PRICING: $50 non-food truck & $95 food truck (special pricing ends 8/31/2025)
• REGULAR PRICING: Non-food truck vendor fee $55; Food truck vendor fee $100
• Deadline to sign up as a vendor November 1st (or until vendor spots sell out)
• Food truck vendors will be located outside.
• Food truck vendors must have standard insurance verification and a food grade compliance documentation.

Event will be held RAIN or SHINE! All sales are final.
