What to Expect:

Get your body moving and your heart rate up with a dynamic warm-up. A combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, and functional exercises. Finish the session with stretching exercises to help with recovery and flexibility.

What to Bring:

- Comfortable workout clothes

- A water bottle to stay hydrated

- A towel if you need one
