OFFICIAL DATE AND CONFIRMATION OF JANUARY TEST NOT SET. Pick up your black belt application package from Master Hebard.
ARRIVE 11:30am TO WARM UP. DO NOT DISTURB THE CLASS BEING HELD, STAY OUTSIDE UNTIL THEY ARE DISMISSED.
When you enter: wait at door to be bowed in, NO shoes on the mat.
Black belt apps, paperwork, money and pictures are due on the 1st of December. NO EXCEPTIONS, you've had months/years to prepare and save.
Due to Master Hebard NO later than 1st of December:
1.The application
2. 1st degrees, $340 check written to Kim's Taekwondo, $390 for 2nd degree or $440 for 3rd degree
3. pictures: 2: 2cm x 2cm and 2: 6cm x 6cm are needed. You can go to www.oddprints.com and upload a head shot and put in the two sizes one at a time and download it then have it printed anywhere.
4. One page essay for 1st degree, 2 page essay for 2nd degree written out about your history in taekwondo, like when you started, your tournament history, teaching in class. What you want to do once you achieve your black belt. No triple spaced and 20 font this just makes you look lazy.
