4th Degree Black Belt Kyle Buck will lead a seminar for Black Belt students from all association schools focusing on Sanchin, including but not limited to: body tension, breathing, hardening, rooting, and how Sanchin relates to other aspects of our martial arts training. This seminar will be held at Lyndell Institute from 12-1pm.
