Black Belfast: Queen's Quarter - horror & true crime walking tour (Frankenstein Day) TAKE A WALK ON THE DARK SIDE!
Join Alternative Ulstours' 'Master of the Macabre' Andrew Johnston on Frankenstein Day for a devilishly informative and shockingly entertaining walking tour of Belfast's Queen's Quarter.
Dare you stalk the streets and uncover the grisly secrets of this historic area of the city?
This special date of the tour commemorates Mary Shelley's birthday, in celebration of her 1818 novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus.
The route includes filming locations from ITV's The Frankenstein Chronicles, and will explore Shelley's Belfast connections and the controversial work of the pioneering scientists who may have inspired her.
• The 'very rude' ghost of the Belfast Empire
• The Frankenstein Chronicles in the Queen's Quarter
• Queen's Film Theatre: a haven for horror
• The haunting of the Queen's University library
• Supernatural shenanigans in Room 006A
