Last year’s Expo was a phenomenal success, featuring New York Times bestselling author Amina Luqman-Dawson, the first Black woman to win both the Newbery Medal and the Coretta Scott King Book Award. Nearly 30 talented authors joined us to share their stories, enriching our community with their creativity and insight.
This year, we’re excited to partner with Resist Booksellers, an independent bookstore renowned for uplifting underrepresented voices. Together, we’re curating an extraordinary experience for readers, writers, and book lovers alike.
