Black August: Back To School Bash

In this program, we provided the youth of Orange County with free school supplies, free haircuts, and free shoes . These supplies included backpacks, pencils, pens, binders, and notebooks. We also gave space for BIPOC artists to depict canvas art, and educate youth on the importance of Black August.  In addition to school supplies, we provided haircuts and nail salon for full fledged makeovers At the end of the makeover we also provided students with a fresh pair of sneakers to go back to school with.
