Join us for an evening at the Hilker barn for a Black & White Soirée Homeschool Prom! All Middle & High School teens are invited. Black & White attire is requested but not mandatory!
To register IT IS SUPER SIMPLE. You just send $25 by Venmo to @beehivecookiecompany and write your teen’s FULL name & your email in the memo. 1890 are the numbers for my phone number. No physical tickets will be distributed.
The price is $25.00 per ticket, which covers food/drinks, décor, DJ, and a donation for the use of the building. Our featured DJ Jack is well-known in the community.
Guidelines:
~Everyone must check in upon arrival
~This is a chaperoned event, and attendees agree to respect all chaperones.
~Attendees will stay within the designated areas, which will be clearly outlined at the formal.
~By allowing your teen to attend this event, parents agree to hold harmless the Hilker Barn owners, planners, or chaperones in the event of an accident or injury.
~Mature behavior is expected. Parents will be called for violations, and teens will be removed without refund.
