Tortured Soul is a genre-defying collective that for over two decades has redefined the boundaries of house music, blending live instrumentation with the soulful, deep grooves that have made them a global sensation.
Fronted by the multi-talented John-Christian Urich, who masterfully handles both drumming and vocals, Tortured Soul draws inspiration from classic artist such as Prince, Heatwave, and Kool & The Gang, while also being deeply immersed the current dance music scene.
The sound is a rich tapestry of influences, where the warmth of classic soul meets the futuristic edge of nu-disco, creating a musical experience that is both timeless and fresh.

MORE ABOUT KRIS JEFFERSON
Kris Jefferson was born in Brooklyn New York, and grew up in Jamaica Queens, where many musicians resided. He began playing drums at the age of 12, then tried his hand at guitar, then eventually moving on to bass when he was 14. Over the years he has shared the stage and studios with the stars of the scene.
Kris started the fsb jam sessions in Vienna / Luftbad many years ago - so this is going to be an epic oldschool session revival
