🎲 Meeple Madness Bizarre Bazaar is Back! 🎲Seller Sign-Ups Begin Monday, October 13th at 11 AM
What is a Bizarre Bazaar?
It’s the perfect chance to rehome gently-used board games, RPGs, and other gaming gear you no longer need—and maybe discover some treasures to take their place! Whether you’re looking to clear shelf space or grow your collection, the Bazaar is your place to buy, sell, and trade with fellow tabletop fans.
🛍 How It Works
We open up the shoppe early so our sellers can setup early.
Sellers set up starting at 10:30 AM on October 25th.
Buyers can begin shopping at 11:00 AM.
Once you agree on a price, the Buyer purchases a Meeple Madness Gift Card for that amount and gives it to the Seller, who then hands over the item(s).
That’s it—simple, safe, and fun!
đź“Ś Seller Guidelines
Items can be new or used, but must be appropriate for all ages. (Fan items, posters, books, etc. are welcome!)
Reserve your table space starting October 13th at 11 AM. Spots go fast! Sellers are limited to half an 8'x4' table.
Let us know how much you plan to bring when you sign up so we can plan spacing.
Start advertising your wares around October 22nd—post pictures on our Discord Server and your socials!
Bring items to Meeple Madness on October 25th at 10:30 AM to set up.
Clearly mark your prices and be open to haggling—it’s part of the fun!
Stand, smile, and chat! Sellers who engage with shoppers often sell more.
You can also trade items directly with other sellers or buyers!
You'll receive special "Bazaar" gift cards from buyers—use these at Meeple Madness or consolidate them after the event.
🎯 Buyer Guidelines
Arrive on October 25th at 11 AM ready to shop!
Find your next favorite game or accessory, negotiate a price with the seller, and purchase a Meeple Madness Gift Card for the agreed amount.
Hand the card to the seller and enjoy your new game!
🧠Quick Notes for Everyone
All purchases must be made using Meeple Madness Gift Cards. Buyers and Sellers will negotiate their prices, and then the Buyer will purchase a Meeple Madness gift card for that amount, and present it to the Seller as payment.
Trading is allowed— if you've brought a RPG to sell, and another vendor has a board game you're excited about - make the swap! If there's a monetary component to any exchange, though, use a Meeple Madness Gift Card.
Rewards Points are earned when a gift card is used, not when it’s purchased. Please keep in mind that for all Bazaar transactions, the seller will ultimately receive rewards points when they use their gift card.
