Feeling strapped for time but still want to reap the rewards of a healthy life??? This simple approach breaks up wellness into bite-sized chunks, making it easier to fit into busy schedules.
Join us on Monday's this summer for a 60-minute class for moms (and kid friendly).
It will include an exercise component, wellness topics, and we’ll be preparing a healthy snack together!
10 minutes: Check in and mingle with moms! Great community piece here!
15 minutes: Participate in a variety of "exercise snacks” ranging from stretching to cardio to simple strengthening techniques (kid-friendly)
15 minutes: Create a simple, healthy snack that is great for moms on-the-go as well as the whole family!
15 minutes: Learn wellness tips for your busy mom lifestyle (coloring sheets will be provided for kids during this time)
5 minutes: Class wrap-up!
Each class is $10 per mom (kids are free) and will be capped at 10 adults. Be sure to register for each class you'd like to attend.
