Join Bite Club & Cuba 512 for a one-night-only curated dining experience, where you’ll enjoy a hand-selected flight of Cuban bites designed by owner Tuky.
This intimate event brings together adventurous eaters, restaurant insiders, and food lovers for an immersive journey through authentic Cuban cuisine—one bite at a time.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGIES: For each ticket purchase, I will be reaching out using the contact info from your ticket purchase to ask about dietary restrictions. My hope is to communicate all accomodations between my ticket holders & the venue beforehand, so the event runs as smooth as possible :)

🍽️ A Flight of 8 Signature Bites, featuring:
Empanada – a savory, handheld pastry that’s stuffed with filling
Tropical Ceviche – refreshing mix of fresh seafood, citrus, & island flavors
Mariquitas with Guac – crunchy plantain chips with seasoned avocado spread
Yuca con Mojo – yuca, similar to potato, drizzled in garlicky-citrus "mojo sauce"
Ropa Vieja – Cuba’s famous slow-cooked, shredded beef dish
Mini Cuban Sandwich – the classic: layered roasted pork, ham, swiss, pickles, & mustard
Maduro – plantains, sliced, fried & ~caramelized~
Flan – custard-style dessert with a rich caramel topping
