October 23, 2025, grab your boots and hats to join us for an evening of Bison, Beef, and Bourbon starting at 6:00 pm. This year we will be holding our event at the Stanley Stout Center, 2200 Denison Ave. Begin your evening of fun with a trail of signature cocktails made from Horse Soldier Bourbon, Boot Hill Distillery, Speedtrap Distillery and J. Rieger & Co along with hors d'oeuvres. Followed by a wonderful meal filled with bison and beef creations from Kite's Aggieville Drafthouse. Craft beer from Radius Brewing in Emporia, along with a selection of complimentary wine from The Fridge will also be available.
Live entertainment featuring Jeff Davidson will entertain the crowd along with cigar rolling demonstrations throughout the evening by Ethereal Cigars.
Guests will also be able to bid on unique and exclusive items in our silent and live auction throughout the evening.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Flint Hills Discovery Center youth education programs, this year with an emphasis on the Outdoor Classroom Renovation Project.
Must be 21 to attend.
