Be at the venue to start at 20:00 so we can make the most of this amazing building and hopefully it's long term inhabitants.
The Manor house was built around 1260 as a community house for two Knights Templar.
There has been major rebuilding since then though.
In 1310 this was a place of confinement for Queen Elizabeth of the Scots wife of Robert the Bruce.
Much later Henry the VIII gave the house to Anne of Cleves in the divorce.
Most notable was the Hoby family who bought the house and lived there until 1768. During this time Elizabeth the 1st was a returning visitor.
I have left out the details of some of the history as it is related to the supposed hauntings within the property.

Staff have seen, heard and felt many things here and are excited for us to come in.

Figures seen walking in the house and grounds when all is locked up.
One man that lives in was woken in the night by a woman who touched his foot and told him he wasn't meant to be there...and then vanished.
This event will be £35 per person which includes tea and coffee, Our amazing hosts and use of our equipment throughout the night.
This is your investigation and we encourage you to join in as much as possible.
