In this class, you'll learn to create our buttery, flaky layered biscuits and delicious vanilla cream scones. You'll also learn how to make a spiced apple butter and vibrant berry jam! We'll guide you through crafting biscuits and scones with the ideal texture—crisp exterior and soft, buttery interior—while also teaching you to prepare the most flavorful accompaniments.
This class is suitable for bakers of all experience levels, from beginners to experienced. Each attendee will leave with the skills to make these recipes at home, as well as freshly baked biscuits & scones and your own jar of jam or apple butter.
