Birth is not just one day of your life. What you experience during birth will have an impact on how you feel when you enter motherhood.
Our women-centered birth preparation course will give you the knowledge you need to make informed decisions during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

In the birth course we will cover;

🔻 The physiological process of birth
🔻 Bodily autonomy, offerings and interventions within the system, and how to make informed decisions during birth
🔻 How to prepare for the birth that you find to be right for you, whether that is at home or at the hospital
🔻 Herstory of childbirth, past traumas, and the language around birth
🔻 The importance of the nervous system and what role it plays in the birthing flow (and how to regulate it)
🔻 The use of rebozo, acupressure, and other tools that can support you during birth
🔻 Movement, breath, and visualizations
🔻 The deep connection between you and your baby
🔻 How to be guided by your intuition and use your voice
🔻 4th trimester and the importance of community and postpartum preparation
🔻 You will take part in a Mother Blessing ceremony that will support you in birth and new motherhood as a rite of passage

You will be a part of a small supportive group and meet women who, just like you, are on a transformative journey toward motherhood. It will be a space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, and you will experience the power of being in a community where you are being held by other women.
Your birth partner is invited to join us for the 3rd and 4th circle.
