What is a birthing ball and how can it help during pregnancy? Maybe you have one but are not too sure what to do with it. Or maybe you’ve considered getting one but don’t know if it’s worth it.
This workshop will explore the ins and outs of birthing balls – how to use them, when to use them, and why they are worth the investment. While using the birthing balls, we will incorporate beginner-friendly yoga poses and breathing techniques to address the common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy.
If you don’t have a birthing ball, one can be borrowed during the workshop.
